OSSO is dedicated to building a closer, more effective working relationship between Houston Police Officers and the communities we serve. At the same time, we seek to fund programs that improve the quality of life in our neighborhoods and ensure our members gain the skills, knowledge, and leadership abilities to make a positive impact.

We welcome your comments and suggestions to help us better collaborate with you. Together, we can create opportunities for both our citizens and our police officers to grow and develop.
