Osso will sell several memorabilia and keepsake  items in order to benefit some of the programs that we will fund in the future.

The proceeds from these sales will benefit many aspects of the organization and community in donations of items or money to projects headed by Houston Police Officers. From golf classics to our very own recipe book, we have talented officers, some of whom have even launched research projects that would benefit officers in the department, benefit our citizens and community projects as well.

  • En la Cocina con el Osso Cookbook


    In the Kitchen with the Organization of Spanish Speaking Officers was designed by Officer R.R. Ybanez for sale to benefit the OSSO lawsuit. It contains many home cooked recipes from the family members and Officers of OSSO. We are very proud of this book as it is the first of its kind in the organization. We hope to create others in the future as it is a labor of love by our family members and friends and supporters to create and document their family favorites. It is an honor for us to include these delicious recipes in our family cookbook. The family of OSSO

    This cookbook contains a history of Osso's accomplishments from the birth of our organization. It contains a Thank you from our President Rick Rodriguez and Appreciation to all that helped with the production of this book by our Vice President Rosalinda Ybanez. This book is a one of its kind and will be another accomplishment by the talented folks involved with Osso.
